Terms of Service
Effective May 29, 2026
These Terms govern your use of the Wave platform (the "Service") operated by Aevon Labs Pvt Ltd. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Use of the Service
The Service enables authorized users to send and receive WhatsApp messages through the WhatsApp Business Platform. You are responsible for the accounts you create and the content you send.
Acceptable use
- You will obtain valid opt-in consent before messaging contacts.
- You will comply with the WhatsApp Business Policy and Commerce Policy.
- You will not send spam, unlawful, or abusive content.
Accounts & security
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and any activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Billing, renewal & refunds
Paid plans are billed in advance in Indian Rupees (INR) on a monthly or annual basis via Razorpay autopay, and renew automatically until cancelled. Applicable taxes (including GST) may apply. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. WhatsApp conversation charges are billed directly to you by Meta at their published rates.
Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aevon Labs Pvt Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including message delivery handled by third parties such as Meta.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
