This Privacy Policy explains how Aevon Labs Pvt Ltd("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Wave platform (the "Service"), which lets businesses send and receive WhatsApp messages via the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta).
Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, and password (stored hashed) for users we authorize to access the Service.
- Contact data: phone numbers, names, and attributes of the WhatsApp contacts you manage.
- Message data: the content, status, and metadata of WhatsApp messages sent and received through your connected WhatsApp Business number.
- Configuration data: WhatsApp Business credentials you provide, which are encrypted at rest.
How we use information
- To deliver the Service: sending, receiving, and displaying WhatsApp messages and campaigns.
- To provide delivery, read, and engagement analytics.
- To secure the Service and prevent abuse.
We do notsell your data. Message data is processed solely to operate the Service on your behalf. Messages are transmitted through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, subject to WhatsApp's Business Policy.
Data storage & retention
Data is stored on infrastructure controlled by Aevon Labs Pvt Ltd. We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion at any time (see our Data Deletion page).
Sharing
We share data only with Meta Platforms (to send/receive WhatsApp messages) and with service providers strictly necessary to operate the Service. We may disclose information if required by law.
